Belchertown is seeking a consultant to provide Economic Development Services. The 2021 Economic Development Bond Bill, titled An Act Enabling Partnerships for Growth, authorized $50 million to be administered by the Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) in “financial assistance in the form of grants or loans to accelerate and support the creation of low-income and moderate-income housing in close proximity to transit nodes”.

Attleboro issued a request For Proposals to provide a VISION AND PLAN FOR THE TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT located adjacent to the Attleboro Commuter Rail Station. The project will begin on or around 3/1/22 & completed no later than 6/30/22.
