Old Colony Planning Council seeks consultant to design a new prioritization framework reflecting local and federal transportation goals, including safety, system preservation, mobility, environmental sustainability and economic development. The framework will guide how projects are scored and selected for inclusion in the TIP, Long-Range Transportation Plan, Unified Planning Work Program and Public Participation Plan. Consultant will build an interactive dashboard to evaluate and present transportation projects. Dashboard will feature project-level data, evaluation results, workflows, and ranking tools.
Consultant will help coordinate outreach efforts, gather feedback from stakeholders, and provide training for staff and local partners on how to use the new tools. It will assist in facilitating workshops and preparing outreach materials. Finally, consultant will support OCPC in maintaining and refining the prioritization model and dashboard beyond the initial launch. Budget is $500,000.
