EOEEA's MVP 2.0 program expands on work communities have done to date and supports communities with new methods, tools, and resources for building climate resilience. Consultant will support the Town in revisiting previously established community resilience priorities with a focus on equity and translating those priorities into action through project development and implementation. The focus is less on understanding how extreme weather events will impact infrastructure and environmental assets and more on building social resilience.

Dover is seeking proposals for consulting services for a Housing Development Study and Plan. Deliverables include: comprehensive plan for development and housing that provides a clear and actionable road map for future planning, decisions, and actions; options for 40B developments that consider Town’s rural character and resource constraints presented by water and sewer limitation; consider possible zoning by-law changes to meet the needs of Dover’s residents through local bylaws under local control aligned with the resources of the town.

Boston seeks consultant for Phase 2 of the Boston Harbor Islands Archaeology Climate Action Project. Tasks include determining where archaeological resources and unsurveyed areas of Boston Harbor Islands are most at risk of erosion due to climate change and beginning the process of documenting these resources. All work will be in coordination with the Massachusett Tribe at Ponkapoag. Products will include Boston Harbor Islands Archaeological Climate Action Plan and archaeological reports on the results of the initial collaborative archaeological survey.
