Holliston is updating its Open Space & Recreation Plan and requires specialized Geographic Information Systems and cartographic expertise to produce the necessary map set. The scope of work includes utilizing MassGIS datasets to professionally recreate and format final maps based on draft reference images provided by the Town. This project is designed to be practical, cost-effective, and appropriately scaled for a small New England community. Quotes are due Dec. 31, 2025, by 4:00 p.m.

Cambridge seeks consultant for an Incentive Zoning Nexus Study to document the impacts of non-residential development on (a) the demand for and cost of creating housing for low -, moderate-, and middle-income households and on (b) employment opportunities for Cambridge residents in order to determine whether there should be changes to the City’s Incentive Zoning Ordinance. Duration is approx. 6 months.

Lexington issued RFP for an Urban Forest Master Plan. The DPW with Lexington Tree Committee will provide oversight on the project. A project oversight committee of individuals representing a range of town boards, committees, and groups will provide diverse perspectives on urban forestry planning.
The Town seeks to develop an Urban Forest Master Plan outlining steps for ensuring a healthy, diverse urban forest. This will include steps for planting, removal, pruning and other maintenance practices to ensure a safe and vibrant urban forest. The plan will help set goals for canopy cover, species diversity and help determine funding needs for various tasks associated with maintaining an urban forest.
