    Lexington issued RFP for an Urban Forest Master Plan. The DPW with Lexington Tree Committee will provide oversight on the project. A project oversight committee of individuals representing a range of town boards, committees, and groups will provide diverse perspectives on urban forestry planning.

    The Town seeks to develop an Urban Forest Master Plan outlining steps for ensuring a healthy, diverse urban forest. This will include steps for planting, removal, pruning and other maintenance practices to ensure a safe and vibrant urban forest. The plan will help set goals for canopy cover,
    species diversity and help determine funding needs for various tasks associated with maintaining an urban forest.

Missing middle is defined here as a mix of four types of density housing: cottage courts, starter homes, duplexes, and fourplexes.     Old Colony Planning Council seeks consultant to design a new prioritization framework reflecting local and federal transportation goals, including safety, system preservation, mobility, environmental sustainability and economic development. The framework will guide how projects are scored and selected for inclusion in the TIP, Long-Range Transportation Plan, Unified Planning Work Program and Public Participation Plan. Consultant will build an interactive dashboard to evaluate and present transportation projects.  Dashboard will feature project-level data, evaluation results, workflows, and ranking tools.

    Consultant will help coordinate outreach efforts, gather feedback from stakeholders, and provide training for staff and local partners on how to use the new tools. It will assist in facilitating workshops and preparing outreach materials. Finally, consultant will support OCPC in maintaining and refining the prioritization model and dashboard beyond the initial launch. Budget is $500,000.
