    Colrain, on behalf of Charlemont and Colrain, seeks consultant for expanded engagement and discussion around established climate resilient priorities and social resilience. EOEEA's MVP 2.0 program expands on work communities have done to date and supports communities with new methods, tools, and resources for building climate resilience. Consultant will support the Town in revisiting previously established community resilience priorities with a focus on equity and translating those priorities into action through project development and implementation. The focus is less on understanding how extreme weather events will impact infrastructure and environmental assets and more on building social resilience.
