The Town of Truro seeks proposals from qualified vendors (firm or team) with blended expertise in the areas of site planning and design, transportation planning, real estate development, meeting facilitation, and community engagement, to create a Master Plan for the Town-owned parcels known as the Walsh Property.

Boston Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking real estate development consultant services from one or more qualified individuals or firms with significant experience in development feasibility studies, financial modeling, project management including financing and permitting applications, and strategic planning for Public Housing Authorities. The BHA is exploring the feasibility of expanding its subsidized housing portfolio. One-year contract which may be extended for one year. Approx. $100,000.

Belchertown is seeking proposals for Economic Development consulting services. The services include, but may not be limited to, assisting the town with local business and landlord engagement, permit streamlining, public space activations, internal communication policies, constituent engagement and project planning. Sixteen-month effort, approx. $100,000.

Abington issued a Request for Proposals soliciting proposals from individuals or organizations to provide technical assistance with updating a multi-jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan. The following towns are included in the plan: Abington, East Bridgewater, Easton and Stoughton.
The project will be managed by the Assistant Town Planner in Abington.
