    The InvestNH initiative has $5 million for grants to municipalities to analyze and update land use regulations to help increase housing development. New Hampshire Housing is preparing a list of consultants qualified to perform work for municipalities that receive HOP Grants. Consultants deemed sufficiently qualified to perform these grant-funded projects will be included in a listing of consultants. Municipalities may select consultants from that list without a competitive process.

    Responses are reviewed on a rolling basis 'til January 2023.

    Town of Acton seeks proposals for a town wide facility and sustainability study for municipal buildings. The consultant will provide a comprehensive assessment of Town facilities and create a 10-year master plan for improvements and sustainability based on relative need and cost effectiveness. The project will conclude with a Facility Study report.
