    Regional Housing Services Office is a collaboration between 10 MetroWest communities to assist with all matters of affordable housing for Acton, Bedford, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, Maynard, Natick, Sudbury, Wayland and Weston.  The RHSO is an innovative approach to providing affordable housing services and combines policy and strategic work with direct service.

    The Director is a Town of Concord contractor.  The position is funded at 1,500 hours per year, or 125 hours per month.  Requirements: experience with affordable housing programs (local, state, and federal), permitting, regulations and legislation, inc. M.G.L. Chapter 40B, HOME, Fair Housing laws and practices, resident selection and eligibility determination, Subsidized Housing Inventory practices, condominium structures and local options for housing creation.

    Salem issued an RFP for consultant team to develop a Preservation and Master Plan for historic Fort Lee, an approx. 2.3-acre, municipally-owned site on Salem Neck. The project team needs historic landscape architectural, archaeological, surveying and arborist services to support ongoing historic preservation planning, restoration and rehabilitation activities related to the historic Fort Lee site and its historic and archaeological features. Budget is $67,000.

    Rockland seeks consultant to update a "Slums and Blight Inventory" for Rockland Center.  The area is centered on Union Street from just north of the intersection with North Avenue to just south of the intersection with E. Water Street. The study area is dominated by commercial and institutional properties. The area contains approx. 60 structures and additional vacant, paved or open lots. CDBG program-funded project; budget is $90,000.
