MassDOT needs a consultant to study the challenges of attracting non-transit and/or rail-only riders to consider using MBTA buses. Project seeks to answer: How can the MBTA make bus a viable transportation choice for more people? The results of the project will help the MBTA market and conduct public outreach to attract non-riders to consider using the MBTA bus system for their trips. Budget is $500,000 for 12 months.
