Brookline issued RFP for consulting services to develop a preliminary set of design alternatives for new public or publicly beneficial facilities on two Town-owned parking lots in Coolidge Corner, 2.48 acres total. The study will facilitate community engagement regarding the site's future, develop and visualize feasible preliminary designs, prepare preliminary cost estimates and traffic impact analyses associated with the scenarios, test out developed concepts via temporary tactical methods, and ultimately position Town Staff and the Select Board-appointed Committee to make a decision about which design alternative to advance for further study.

The City of Boston is seeking a consultant or team of consultants to provide facilitation, technical, and design services in support of the 2025 Boston Climate Action Plan (CAP) update. The CAP update will serve as the implementation roadmap for an all-of-government, equity-centered approach to the City's climate mitigation and adaptation work.

Gloucester seeks proposals from consultants for the City's 2025-2030 Consolidated Plan and the one-year 2025 Action Plan for its community planning and development activities. Scope of services includes developing a Needs Assessment and Market Analysis outlining levels of need in the areas of affordable housing, homelessness, special needs services, and community development.
